VAT Refund Service in just 3 steps:
GET IT
Once you have purchased goods, present your receipts at the International Shopping Bureau store and receive a Tax Refund Form.
STAMP IT
As you are departing the European Union, take your passport, purchases, receipts and tax refund form to customs to get your stamped.
CASH IT
Finally, collect your funds in one of our Partner Refund Points or mail us a copy of the form to have the refund credited to your card, or your home address by bank check.
If you are a resident of any country that is not a member of the European Union, in the Canary Islands or in Ceuta or Melilla, you can obtain a VAT refund.
To start the tax claim process, simply proceed to the International Shopping Bureau where our dedicated team will assist you.
